With us, you put on a softened sword, a shield, put on a boxing helmet with a grid and go straight to the action!
What awaits you at the 2-hour training? We'll warm up with a boxing chase, put our legs to work on the coordination ladder, go through combat drills and try safe but intense knight sparring.
You come, you work out and you have fun right from the first training session.
Price: only €20 / month Equipment: We will lend you all the equipment for free. All you need is sports clothes and the desire to play!
Every Tuesday from 19:00 to 21:00, Važecká Exchange
