TRATE:
Short scored courses: 50 m and 100 m breaststroke, 50 m and 100 m freestyle
- a swimmer can start on any number of short courses (1 or more), which are listed by the organizer
Long courses scored: 250 m, 500 m, 750 m and 1,000 m freestyle
- a swimmer registered for the long course can also start on 1 short track
Relay 4 x 50 m individual medley (bow tie - backstroke - breaststroke - crawl) - competitive but unscored race in SPvZP, registration directly on the spot.
ORDER OF TRACKS:
1,000 m - 750 m - 500 m - 250 m - 100 m - 50 m - 4 x 50 m relay
the order of the tracks can be adjusted by the judging team according number of swimmers in individual heats
TIME SCHEDULE:
Registration: 08:00 - 09:15 a.m.
Opening of races and evaluation of the 2023 / 2024 season: 09:45 - 10:30 a.m.
Races: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - a break is planned between the 250 and 100 m courses according to the decision of the referees
Evaluation of the race: 16:30 – 17:00 h.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
Short courses - 50 m, 100 m - the swimmer signs a declaration of health
Long courses - from 250 m to 1,000 m - the swimmer must upload LP confirmed by a doctor to his profile in the SPvZP program! The validity of the LP is checked in the program before the race!
ENTRY FEE:
ONLY in cash on the spot:
20 € for one discipline
5 € for each other discipline
€3 to the SPvZP fund
€15 per group - relay
In the basic starting room and entrance to the area, hot food, hot tea, medals, diplomas
At own expense: other food and drinks , other ..
