#1 Spánek ⋆ Cyklus kolektivních rituálů ROZKVÉTÁNÍ ⋆

Although it seems that the new year has started and we should get involved in the action, it is time for winter sleep. To restore forces, for internal work. We can do much more for ourselves and for the (our) world than if we are "out there" at all costs. Outwardly, it may seem to be sleeping or resting, but things are happening inside - everything is tuned and folded so that it can germinate in a whole new, fascinating way in the spring.

⋆ The first ritual for women from the six -part cycle will focus on winter renewal of forces and internal work. We have to do common movement, meditation and psychophysical exercise with elements of Súfi yoga and Reiki, cocoa ceremony and play on a shamanic drum. ⋆

⋆ The follow -up meetings will take place once a month, always with a specific subtopic. ⋆


A cycle of rituals for women called ⋆ ° ° Flower ⋆ ⋆ ° focuses on tuning the interior of each of us and flourishing into the outside world. Through meditation and shamanic practice, working with Reiki and Kundalini energy, movement/dance, singing and playing the shamanic drum we will release old broken patterns, tune in themselves, discover our resources and transform our world, respect for the rhythms of nature and Individual and collective cycles.
