About event
The 10th annual Dog Day with Praha 13 will be held on Saturday, May 23.
Website: http://psiden.cz/
This popular event is held under the auspices of the mayor of Prague 13, David Vodrážka, and not only dogs and dog walkers are welcome, but everyone who has a favorite four-legged friend.
As usual, a varied program full of entertainment, competitions, helping dogs in shelters and education will be prepared for visitors.
On Dog Day, everyone will have fun – dogs, parents, children, dog lovers and breeders of purebred breeds. At this event, we are mainly thinking of those dogs who were not lucky enough to find their owner and a permanent home. That's why the shelters will be introduced this time as well, and their wards will get a chance. You can meet homeless dogs and adopt them! If adoption is a big step, there are other ways you can help.
The shelters will sell their products on site and by purchasing them you will support their activities. In addition, there will be a spectacular raffle with rich prizes on Dog Day. Proceeds from the purchase of tickets will be divided between the asylums present. The more of you who arrive, the better chance the dogs from the shelters will have for a better life.
Entrance to the Dog Day and the entry fee to the competitions are free, so you will be able to enter your dogs in traditional competitions, such as the dog race and the much-watched high jump.
On Dog Day, a rich program will be prepared and, above all, lots of prizes for all competitors and their dogs.
Owners can buy everything they need for their dogs in one place. From basic items such as kibble and treats, to toys, to various special "gadgets" and the latest types of snacks on the market.
During the day, VIP personalities will also perform on Dog Day. Of course, all the invitees have a positive attitude towards dogs. Either they will arrive with their own pesan, or they will support the furries from the shelter on stage and introduce them to the audience.
Refreshments will be provided at the event all the time, and everyone will have their choice.
