About event
Autumn Tuesday lessons and trainings Nordic Walking, which will bring you the joy of movement and fitness. Together we will explore beautiful forest circuits and exercise in the open air with sticks to help you with stretching, relaxation and reinforcement of your body.
This block of lessons is designed for slightly advanced walkers. Beginners who have a basic condition can also participate. I like to fulfill your wishes - I ask you what you would like and work with it. I will lend you free of charge.
We will drive approximately 5-6 km. There is also a toilet and the possibility to replenish fluids, which is very important in the forest sport. This system has proven me. In addition, you will be in society of motivated and positively tuned people. Join us!
We look forward to seeing you!
