Olaf Olafsonn and the Big Bad Trip are a fixture of the Czech psychedelic scene. Although their base has always been and still is mainly in the waters of psychedelic rock, for almost a decade they have been making exploratory expeditions into other genres, be it prog rock, stoner or even black metal and avant-garde jazz. They are mainly known for their masks, energetic stage performance and cooperation with foreign bands such as Der Blutharsch and the Infinite Church of the Leading Hand from Austria, Bön from Poland, etc. After two acoustic albums "Selenopolis" and "Eclipse One", the group returns to the electric sound with a new drummer and pianist and releases a new record "Soul Retrieval" in October 2024.
