In honor of the Spring Equinox, we immerse ourselves in 108 Sun Salutations - not as a performance, but as a breath in motion.

This event is symbolic. Something is born, something opens.
And we can close something with gratitude and let it go.

During 1.5 hours we will walk this cycle together –
step by step, breath by breath. No pressure for perfection.
