We are happy to invite you to a cycle that will be connected with the Barefoot exchange 👟 and a lecture on healthy feet with Marcela Kramplová 🦶
LECTURE
🦶 About healthy feet not just being muscles on the foot
🦶 About how to work at home with children, when there is so little time
🦶 And about everything we can do at home to build a healthy foundation for our child's locomotor system.
🦶 But also about how to choose the right shoes, news from the world of barefoot and new research, and about everything that burns and tickles you and you won't find out about on the net...
👟 Barefoot exchange is a place where we give barefoot shoes a second chance. Here you will find quality shoes for children and adults at favorable prices, but at the same time you can sell pairs that your children or you have already outgrown. The goal is not only buying and selling - but also saving money, sustainability and promoting healthy footwear. Whether you are just starting out with barefoot or have been wearing them for years, the exchange will help you find suitable pieces without unnecessary risk and high prices.
Come catch good pieces, sell the ones you no longer use, and meet a community of people who deal with the same things as you 😊
‼️The sale takes place "from a blanket", so
don't forget to bring your own blanket or mat to put your things on. Only barefoot shoes are allowed on the exchange ‼️
📩 If you are interested in selling, you need to register in advance by e-mail to [email protected] no later than September 1, 2026. After registration, we will send you all other information 😊

Do you have preserved, functional, usable things at home that you no longer need and could please someone else? Pack a blanket to spread them on and join us!
What to bring: clothes, jewelry, accessories, books, electronics, toys, household items, a smile and a good mood 🙃 just everything that is in good condition and ready for a new home - bring as much as your blanket can carry
You take back home what doesn't find a new owner.
❌ What not to wear: damaged, non-functional, oversized items
Come visit us and even if you don't bring anything, you have the opportunity to have a pleasant conversation with your "neighbor".
Entrance is free and of course children are also welcome 👶
🚗🚶🚋 🚌 🚲 How to get to us? Near the garden is the Bilíková bus stop, which is only a 4-minute walk away, and the Alexyho tram stop (9 minutes). The garden is behind Bilíkova Gymnasium.
🅿️ Parking is also possible around the garden.
