1. Insouciante blanc AOC CdR Cave de Cairanne new
Yellow color with light green reflections. Fruity aroma, the wine is round and intense in the mouth.
Grenache (50%), Rousanne (30%) and Marsanne (20%)
2. Confidence AOC Côtes du Rhône Domaine Fond Croze new
Partly sandy, partly loamy, the vineyard is on a northern slope near Saint Romain de Malegarde- Fermented in stainless steel, part matured in barrels.
Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne
3. Insouciante rose AOC CdR Cave de Cairanne new
Wine from the vineyards around the village of Cairanne, they are clay pebbles on a limestone bedrock and face south. It is harvested at dawn and slowly fermented in the cold. Fresh and bright in taste with notes of cherry. 70% Grenache – 30% Syrah

First-class, traditionally produced Rhône from 35-40-year-old pebble-covered vineyards with an emphasis on the aromatic Grenache component.

Wine from selected 25-year-old vineyards around Cairanne. Only 300 hl of wine is collected, which ferments for 2-3 weeks at a temperature of 27 degrees. It is aerated twice a day and the hat is submerged every other day. No sulfur is added. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
10. Cuvée FR AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages 2019 F. Roumieux new vintage Pal10
Cuvée from clayey vineyards on sandstone and limestone, ragged berries slowly ferment in concrete, each plot separately. Aged in stainless steel for 14 months.
Grenache 70%, Syrah 30%
11. Terra Incognita AOP Languedoc 2016 Château Raissac Pal 4
Wine from two small vineyards, both varieties are traditionally fermented together in concrete and then aged for a year in 400 barrels from l’Allier. Clear aroma of spices,
cherries and currants. With age, tastes in preserves shift, licorice flavor is added. Fine structure and long aftertaste.
50% Grenache 50% Syrah.
Of course, as always, we will complement the tasting with suitable refreshments, good pastries and still water.
