About event
Film premiere followed by a film discussion with director Antonello Scarpelli
An autofiction in which the director stages his family: a worried mother, a sick father and a disillusioned son, lost in a lack of communication and the difficulty of understanding each other. Starting with fragments of family videos, the film switches to the present, which we experience from the parents' perspective. A reflection on distant family relationships, the passage of time and what happens when emotional bonds erode.
