Sababa 5 go with their new album "Nadir" Tour - a deep, cinematic journey in the psychedelic soul and groove of the Middle East.
Sababa 5 are known for their unique mix of oriental psych, vintage grooves and modern energy and have a preference for slopes but grooving and danceable sounds. The focus is on Middle Eastern and North African rhythms and melodies, combined with influences from rock and psychedelic funk - a real mix of east and west.
as a foretaste of the new album, the first single “VU” (VÖ 13.05) is available from May, with which the band opened a new chapter in hypnotic rhythms, immersion with Wirting textures and shadowy grooves that combine the past with the future. The upcoming album “Nadir” is named after the astronomical point directly under the observer and stands for introspection and transformation. Cosmic and earthly worlds meet here and here Sababa 5 form their most impressive sound.
Your live shows are a journey through diverse musical landscapes-a mixture of deep cuts, dance floor anthems and the celebration of the groov, exploring sound and emotions, energetic and full Joy.
Sababa 5 worked with a wide variety of artists from Japan, Yemen, the Mediterranean and India. Accordingly, your music bridges continents and epochs. Unique. Don’t Miss.
