15 ROKOV FLOWERS FOR SLOVAKIA

The 15-year exhibition Flowers for Slovakia is a celebration of the exceptional journey of Czech-Slovak design. It presents a selection of authorial buildings from four collections - Handle with Care, Lost & Found, Pass It On and Taste My Story, which were created between 2010 and 2020. The central element of the installation is a large table - a symbol of returns, meetings and shared stories. The table is here as a metaphor of the home, places where the past is associated with the present and where new beginnings are being created. The collection examines the current meaning of beauty through the personal sensory experiences of authors who are deeply tied to Slovakia. The new authorial buildings of Czech and Slovak designers will be presented to the public in October 2025 at the Designblok event in Prague. Its unique design collections, created in seasonal exhibition projects, are inspired by tradition, craft techniques and cultural heritage of Slovakia. href = "https://www.daad.sk/program-daad-2025/"> https://www.daad.sk/program-daad-2025/
