About event
It was not always a matter of course to freely create, sing and dance. Folk culture was often overlooked or adapted to the current situation.
But today we CAN
so let's do it -
not as a folklore obligation, but as an expression of gratitude to those who won that freedom for us.
Evening program:
🔸 18:00 – Discussion on freedom and democracy
Daniel Furčák will moderate
Ing. Jaroslav Miňo, Štefan Piťo Ferenc and Ing. Peter Kaňuk.
Together we will look at the meaning of this day, its legacy for today's society and what freedom means to us.
🔸 19:00 – Dance-music-singing workshop
Under the leadership of Mrs. Klaudia Pribičková and with the musical accompaniment of Jožek Novotný 🎶
We will learn Margencanská kruta and sing songs from the given region.
🔸 End of the evening – Free entertainment 🎻
Our musicians will stir up the atmosphere.
