Support for natural vision regeneration and reduction of wrinkles around the eyes

Feel good, regenerate, shine.

The cycle of five special lessons brings unique exercises and rituals that combine
facial yoga, gentle massages, tactile techniques, conscious breathing and energy rituals.

The techniques are holistic and complex - we take into account not only the physiological body, but also
emotions and life situations that are reflected on our face.

Renova Rituals is based on the idea that the face is a mirror of the whole organism.
According to Eastern teachings, the condition of the five main organs – heart, lungs, liver, spleen
and kidneys – is reflected in the quality of the skin, in the brightness of the eyes, in the firmness of the muscles and contours.

The main cause of wrinkles is not age itself, but long-term effects of stress and tension,
lack of circulation and weakening of the muscle tone. We combine facial yoga, massages, breath,
relaxation and energy exercises - to release tension, stimulate vitality and return
freshness to the face.

Thanks to the right techniques, the face relaxes, gets blood circulation, strengthens and gets a natural lift.

Each lesson lasts 75 minutes, is focused on a specific area of the face and always
contains:

✨ Brief presence and breathing techniques to release tension.
✨ Releasing a specific area of the face through acupressure, gentle tactile and massage techniques.
✨ A series of lifting exercises for a given area of the face.
✨ Connecting the face with internal organs and emotions according to Eastern teachings.
✨ Relaxation
✨ Space for questions and sharing.
