About event
Dear friends,
If you hiked with me this summer, this is **not** an event to miss!
We are celebrating another Festivus— a dessert potluck to express our gratitude, laugher, love of nature, but also to embrace friendships that formed over many trail miles and broken boots. What a year this has been!!!
Please watch before you read on: https://youtu.be/1njzgXSzA-A?si=Br1nk1JFZt8-kygn
Instead of the classical George Castanza's dad, I don’t have problems with you people… Ha, ha… Instead of airing my grievances with you, I want to express my gratitude for the fun times, shared laughter and many, many memorable stories… Stories that sometimes took a life of their own and carried over to the next, and next and next hiking adventure.
So, please join us and bring your favorite dish to share. We shall rehash the stories, the shared car rides and even shared hotel rooms! I would love nothing more than to see you smiling faces! And to say:
Hey… Do you remember when we hiked ….?
Please join!
P.S. This is the same event posted by Ernie... However, this one is with strong emphasis to encourage my peeps to join. :)
