About event
Experience the profound power of trance dance and intuitive painting and take your heart's desire on a magical journey!
Develop and shape your heart's desire!
Experience the profound power of trance dance and intuitive painting and take your heart's desire with you on a magical journey!
In a small group (maximum of 4 participants) and in a safe space, you will create a vision of your desire quite intuitively with colors, we will release ourselves from critical, rational thinking and allow for spontaneity Impulses flow onto the paper.
You then take these impulses with you into the dance and can ask the dance to fully develop. You can also ask specific questions about your desire for the dance. Blindfolded, you immerse yourself in rhythmic worlds of sound and surrender to your movements, inner impulses and experiences. Be excited about what awaits you: relaxation, feelings, clarity, or complete immersion in your vision? Everything is possible, everything can be and everything is just right. In order to effectively integrate and anchor your experience, a meditative painting process and a relaxed exchange session take place. In this way, your experiences can have an even more lasting positive impact on your life.
No artistic skills or previous knowledge necessary!
We look forward to seeing you
All the best,
Anne and Heike

About me:
For me, trance dance is one of the most wonderful ways to combine spirituality, our psyche, meditation and movement.
I have been doing it for over 10 years, including professionally , intensively with the human psyche and what moves people deeply.
Through my work in the therapeutic area, I regularly come into contact with people's deep longings. I was able to experience that almost all the answers for solutions and healing are within us. For me, trance dance is one of the most beautiful ways to harness the knowledge that lives within us.
When unexpected or overwhelming things happen appear in your dance, I would be happy to provide you with my years of experience in the therapeutic area and in trauma work.
Heike Reuther
Heike lives and works as a freelance graphic designer and art and design therapist in Berlin. Over many years of traveling all over the world, her curiosity has grown to get to the bottom of things and to understand what moves people, outside and inside. As a designer, she expresses the core of the message through external design and as an art therapist, she accompanies internal processes through creative work. In her workshop, she wants to strengthen positive feelings, uncover potential, promote self-empowerment and reveal the magic behind the surface. Rediscovering her own free creativity and enjoying the artistic process are particularly important to her.
