Rules:
1. Running on the circuit
2. The runner may have a co -runner*, the time is counted as an individual
3. The runner can change the direction of the circuit
4. In the case of a missing runner reported for a certain period of time, the run will take a substitute
5. The result of the run is the number of rounds recalculated to the number of meters running for the reported time
6. The overall result is the number of kilometers running in 24 hours
7. The alternate can be a runner who has already done
8. The substitute may have a co -rally
9. The run time is 1 hour and less
10. Each runner completes the entire circuit and hand over the relay
11. Changing the direction of the run after the circuit is made at the indicated location
12. Running at night can be carried out with the aid of the head lights
