So do not hesitate to take advantage of this option and write an essay on "future disputes caused by new technologies and the possibilities of their solution", which you will send together with the application until 12. 2. @CZ.elsa.org. This is so simple!

The work must be: Czech language,
- in electronic form,
- to a maximum of 5,000 words. Intelligence (AI). These technologies bring revolutionary changes in different areas and have the potential to fundamentally influence our everyday life. With this phenomenon, however, new, imaginable and unimaginable legal challenges and ethical issues that need to be addressed are coming. Where do you see specific legal challenges related to the development of new technologies and their possible solutions? Solution:
• What preventive steps can be taken to minimize future legal disputes in the use of new technologies and AI at the AI Act, Data ACT and GDPR?
• What are the limits of contractual solutions and conditions unilateral AI services and how can these conditions be challenged? Also use artificial intelligence and, if so, what use of the legal regime will allow?
• What disputes caused by using data from the IoT device can produce in the context of GDPR and AI Act? Will users of the connected products grant consent to data processing and what will be the legal framework for it? And how can be ensured that the consent is in these cases correctly and there will be no abuse of sensitive data
