About event
Welcome to the 3-Day Body Class with Rachael O' Brien!!
Let the bodies know what a gift they are and they will be a gift to you. ~ Gary Douglas, Access Consciousness® Founder ~
The Access Body Class was developed to open you up to intensive communication with your body and to create more connectedness and unity with your body. Allowing you to enjoy your body instead of fighting, ignoring, and abusing it. When you change the way you relate to your body, you begin to change everything you relate to in your life.
