The Access Consciousness Body Course was developed to open you up to an intense communication with your body and to create more connectedness and unity with your body. To allow you to enjoy your body instead of fighting it, ignoring it, and abusing it. When you change the way you relate to your body, you begin to change everything you relate to in your life.
