3 Tage Polen Rundreise – Projekt Riese im Eulengebirge

Join us on an extraordinary journey of discovery to Poland into the dark past of the Second World War. Our 3-day group trip takes you to the legendary mountains of Lower Silesia, where the National Socialist regime implemented a gigantic, still mysterious construction project: Project Riese.

In the middle of dense forests and remote valleys, forced laborers built huge tunnel systems under inhumane conditions from 1943 onwards - hidden from the eyes of the world. What exactly these systems were intended for is still unclear today. Should Hitler's new Führer headquarters be built here? An underground weapons factory? Or a secret SS retreat?

Original plans are considered lost or were deliberately destroyed. Remains such as Osówka, Włodarz or the secret tunnels under Książ Castle provide only fragmentary clues. Jedlinka Castle (Tannhausen) was also part of this logistics - this is where threads came together, this is where the construction management of the “Organization Todt” resided.

The trip combines exciting tours underground with historical places on the surface. You explore mysterious facilities, learn stories about special trains, blast sites and the dark legacy of the Nazi era - all in a small group with an experienced guide.
