About event
A weekend full of practical information about functional 3D biomechanics, this time of the entire upper limb.
Come and experience for yourself the natural laws of the functional movement of the shoulder girdle, realize the possibilities of three-dimensional precision grip and manipulation. To feel and observe the flow of movement into other segments with a response at more distant levels.
We will go through anatomical points of interest together that have an impact on the understanding and awareness of three-dimensional guidance, and each theoretical part will be accompanied by rich practice.
Practical demonstrations will take place in the form of both individual work in pairs and as part of group management with applicability to self-therapy or group lessons.
At the end of the course, we will have a two-hour lecture with the wonderful speech therapist Janča Chloupková on the connection of the hand with the orofacial area, both for children and adults.
COURSE CONTENT
- Explanation general laws of 3D movement
- Structural connections in 3D
- Functional anatomy and biomechanics of the upper limb in practice and experience
- Physiological and non-physiological chaining of movement
- 3D diagnosis of posture and movement of the upper limb
- Individual work with awareness of the shoulder girdle and hand
- Group lessons with the integration of functional biomechanics into health exercises, yoga and pilates
- Examples of the use of rehabilitation aids in therapy
- Speech therapy lecture: functional links of the upper limb to the orofacial area in children and adults
