About event

An amazing weekend full of practical information about functional 3D biomechanics, this time of the axial system. Come and experience for yourself the natural three-dimensional regularities of the movement of the spine, realize the possibility of precise movement of your pelvis or head in connection with the axial organ.

The aim is also to feel and observe the flow of 3D movement to other segments with a response at more distant levels. Together, we will go through anatomical points of interest that have an impact on the understanding and awareness of three-dimensional guidance, and we will accompany each theoretical part with rich practice.

Practical demonstrations will take place in the form of both individual work in pairs and as part of group management with applicability to self-therapy or group lessons.

At the end of the course, you will have a two-hour experiential workshop with Alicia Tvarůžková on the natural flow of global movement and tensegrity transfer - this time without mental guidance, but on the contrary with relaxation, flow and listening to your body.
