🌿 Explaining General Laws of 3D Movement
🌿 Structural connection in 3D
🌿 functional anatomy and biomechanics of the fuselage in practice and experience Considering Holding and Movement of the Head, Chest Cross and Pelvis
🌿 Group lessons with integrating functional biomechanics into health exercises, yoga and pilates

👍 Come for yourself to experience natural three -dimensional laws of spine movement, realize the possibility of precise movement of your pelvis or head in connection to the axial organ.
👍 The aim is also to feel and monitor the flow of 3D movement to other segments with a response to more distant levels.
👍 We will go through the anatomical attractions with an influence on the understanding and awareness of the three -dimensional leadership and accompany each theoretical part with rich practice.
👍 Practical demonstrations will be carried out in the form of individual work in pairs and in group management with applicability to autotherapy or group lessons.
At the end of the course, you will have a two -hour experience workshop with Alice Tvarůžková for natural flow of global movement and tensegrite transmission - this time without intellectual guidance, but with relaxation, flowing and listening to your body.
