The Tempelhof-Schöneberg district office organizes the traditional, non-profit Lichtenrader Lichtermarkt on the 1st of Advent.
Around 100 clubs, initiatives and non-profit organizations present their offerings and ring in the Advent season in Tempelhof-Schöneberg.
A wide variety of handicrafts and handicrafts, ceramics, wooden goods, beekeeping products, nostalgic items, handicrafts and toys are for sale offered. Culinary delicacies invite you to linger at the Christmas-decorated stands in the peaceful atmosphere of the former village center.
And in doing so you are supporting a good cause: the light market is not profit-oriented. All surplus income will be donated to social causes.
As a highlight of Lichtenrade's 650th anniversary, a light installation will start at the lights market after sunset, which will set the village pond in an atmospheric scene.
Anniversary highlight at the Lichtenrade village pond: from the 1st of Advent, November 30th, 2025 to January 6th, 2026.
