About event
๐ CiLENS e.V. proudly presents the 4th edition of Berlin ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ (๐๐๐๐ช ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ), taking place November 6โ9 at Moviemento Kino, Berlinโs oldest art-house cinema!
Founded in 2022, Indie Chinese Cinema Week (ICCW) is a Berlin-based festival showcasing bold, original, and emotionally resonant works from the Chinese-speaking world.
As a curatorial platform exploring the complex realities of contemporary China and the wider Sinophone sphere, ICCW fosters transcultural dialogue through grounded and diverse perspectives.
The 4th ICCW is supported by the Berlin Senate for Culture and Social Cohesion.

This yearโs edition reimagines cinema not merely as a form of storytelling, but as a living language โ a way of seeing, acting, and shaping the future.
Through a powerful lineup of six feature films and fifteen shorts โ most of them German or Berlin premieres โ ICCW 2025 invites audiences to journey across languages, geographies, and identities, exploring stories that delve into migration, labor, gender, queer experience, urban transformation, and the ever-evolving sense of belonging.
