5. ROČNÍK PŘEHLÍDKY ŽIVÝCH ŘEMESEL → TIŠE USILOVAT O KRÁSU

The fifth annual show of living crafts is this year focused on common language subjects. The authors follow up on this extremely interesting visual phenomenon of folk art, they try to re-integrate folk customs and habits into contemporary life and thus preserve the value of this cultural heritage. It transforms abstract values ​​such as gratitude, impermanence, compassion or the desire to be loved into objects that surround us and that we use on a daily basis. In addition to their practical or decorative function, the resulting objects can also encourage interaction with them, reflection or a brief insight into oneself. Ceremonies, symbols and messages can thus return to our lives in a new form and invite us to stop quietly in the middle of the world.
