About event
Unguarded is a Berlin-based music and art label founded in 2020. The label supports future-oriented artists, places particular emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and embarks on sonic adventures with them. With a collection of genre-crossing works from long-time companions as well as new artistic allies, Unguarded's releases consistently defy any clear classification - captivating and haunting, they roam expansive, sonorous miasmas.
In a time of upheaval and the associated uncertainty for music and artists, the label pursues the goal of keeping personal and musical connections alive through shared individual and collective experiences - between hope, calamity and Music.
On January 16, 2026, Unguarded starts the new year with its five-year anniversary, which will be celebrated together with long-time collaborators and friends.
With a release spectrum that ranges from club tracks and sound experiments to folk, Unguarded shapes and connects the experimental music scene inside and outside of Berlin - and invites the curious to a deep, exciting but rewarding experience.
