In 1875 the provincial maternity hospital at St. Apolinar, which is one of the longest continuously functioning maternity hospitals in the world. The chosen neo -Gothic architecture with typical gray masonry creates an unmistakable building between Prague monuments. It is the architecture of the Provincial Propoder and the personality of its creator Josef Hlávka will be the subject of the lecture. Development of Mother and Child Care and History of the Clinic will be closer to her head Professor David Cibula.
