About event
5Rhythms Class & Live Music: TRIBE
TRIBU, a very special event created to continue nurturing our wonderful 5Rhythms community!
In our monthly meeting as TRIBE, we immerse ourselves in the exploration of this fascinating map of the 5Rhythms. In addition, we open the doors to our musicians to join in, playing in one of the two waves that we are going to dance to. Live music not only envelops us on a cellular level, but also reminds us of the transformative power of vibration, opening a magical dialogue between dance and the instrument.
Designed by Gabrielle Roth, the 5Rhythms map is a practice of personal growth through free dance, a way of returning to the body, its movement, its expression and the joy of life through you.
This class is a celebration of the circle, of the bond between us. It reminds us that we are not alone and that everything we experience has a place in the group.
You do not need to have any type of previous experience to come to classes, your experience, in all its forms, is more than welcome.
