Higher, faster, further?! Not every career path is straight. Some arise from courage, from new beginnings, from opportunities or from decisions that only later turn out to be right.

At our F&C summer festival we bring women on stage who have gone their own way. They speak openly, honestly and inspiringly about turning points, challenges, changes and what they have learned.

Look forward to personal stories from:

• Katja Pietzak (former owner of a nursing service, now investor & advisory board member): "Resilience in the context of company founding, development and exit"

• Elisa Winter (Managing Director at Winter Automobilpartner GmbH & Co. KG): "Same Roots, New Mindset: Female succession in the car dealership"

• Jessica Bethe (founder of House of Pilates): "Becoming self-employed at the age of 22"

Our goal is to make different career paths visible, to strengthen diversity and diversity and to encourage people to go their own way - regardless of how “classic” or unusual it looks.

In addition to the talks, there is enough time for Exchange, networking and good conversations in a relaxed atmosphere at Ostrabeach.
