Join us for a fun and uplifting class with one of our new Instructors-in-Training. Our classes combine strength, cardio, and mindfulness — the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.

Please bring a yoga mat and water.
