Based on group work inspired by sociodrama, the aim is to build an intercultural and inclusive activity respecting diversity. Developing work that promotes creativity, confidence and well-being, so that together a common narrative is created that manifests itself and presents itself as a contribution to improving collective health.
Sociodrama is a technique that comes from the improvisation theater, developed by Jacob Levi Moreno (1889-1974), exploring catharsis and the development of spontaneity, as a way of developing social and community life skills.
Jardins do Bombarda is a cultural and community center promoted by LARGO Residências, in partnership with Estamo and a group of resident socio-cultural organizations. Part of its activity has the financial support of the Lisbon City Council (RAAML / Ação Cultural e Programa BIP-ZIP).
