7 years ago, the government power interconnected with oligarchs and mafia created an environment in Slovakia, in which 27-year-old journalist Ján Kuciak was assassinated for his investigative work. Along with him, his fiancée, archaeologist Martina Kušnírová, was murdered in Veľká Maca.
Even then, politicians tried to defame and intimidate us with paving cubes on the square, a million on the table, Soros. In the end, however, we citizens and citizens together with peaceful power and truth were disarmed by Robert Fico, who had to resign. Let us not forget our common strength, especially today, when we are again here again by people that Kočner's library testified.
Since 2018, we meet every year at the anniversary of the murder of Jan and Martina on February 21 throughout Slovakia and abroad. We are still asking for a fair examination of their murders as well as all the cases Ján Kuciak wrote. In Bratislava we organize the Assembly jointly initiative for Decent Slovakia and Peace Ukraine. The gatherings will also continue in several cities, under the auspices of various initiatives in Slovakia and abroad. Come and stand up for Slovakia in Europe. Because Slovakia is Europe! /> Thank you!
