We would like to invite you to an Advent Sunday meeting in a small circle of women. In the midst of the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, you can tune into yourself and treat yourself to care through CRANIO-SACRAL YOGA, goodies and conversation. Prepare with us for the winter solstice and set your intention for the new year.

* Relaxing meditation and tune-up on yourself and space.
* Awakening of energy with relaxing movement in the element of water.
* Craniosacral yoga for winter time.
* Chatting over tea about the solstice and setting intentions.
* Creation of your own incense smoke mixture to harmonize the home.
* Pampering face and décolletage massage with soft music.
* Luxurious cocoa with vanilla and flowers that affect mood and creativity, opens the heart chakra and helps to anchor intentions in the body.
