90´ YOGA BY THE SEA SATURDAYS

Ready to take a deep breath, look within, and practice moving meditation?

Our sessions are hatha vinyasa flow, they last 90 minutes, they are for all levels, in English and Spanish depending on the participants. We will work asana, meditation and pranayama.
Remember to bring your mat or let me know if you need to rent one for €3. The contribution is €10 and we make it in cash before starting the class. See you on the mat facing the sea 🧘‍♀️🌊
