On Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., I would like to invite you to the next meeting of massage enthusiasts. The topic will be addressed by NKT therapist and personal trainer for corrective exercises Juraj Fabuš, with whom we will shed light on the therapeutic method of NKT.
NKT (NeuroKinetic Therapy) is an American concept based on knowledge of kinesiology, functional anatomy, central control movement, manual muscle/movement testing and a corrective system for dysfunctional movement patterns.
In other words, get smarter if you have any pain, especially pain hip or back. Or if, for example, you are looking for help for your post-traumatic conditions in vain.
Juraj Fabuš helps through the NKT method to 1) detect imbalances, 2) correct disturbed movement patterns and 3) remove the causes of pain.
The motto is: We find the primary problem and solve it. We will not waste time and deal with irrelevant symptoms.
