The Plate by François Thomas Germain is a unique testimony of what European royal tables were like, filled with luxury and apparatus, we can exclaim “grand and French”! Come and learn about the ways of serving royal banquets, travel with us through the Portuguese gastronomic world of the 18th and 19th centuries and learn about the introduction of foods that came from the other side of the Atlantic as well as the importance of Brazil at the Royal Table.
