In the summer of 1982, the Israeli army invaded Beirut, left three thousand dead, fell to the Palestinian research center and looted its entire archive. The archive contained historical documents of Palestine, including a collection of static and moving images. The aim of the image and the Fidai Film is to create a contradiction to this loss, which represents the form of a film sabotage that seeks to regain and restore stupid memories of Palestinian history. It is a moving examination of identity, memory and resistance, told through a unique mixture of documentary and experimental film techniques. (Recommended Admission 5 €)
