In the second part of the discussion series, we will focus on how we are in communities and teams that we are part. Today we create relationships outside the family today? How do our communities arise - spontaneously, or do we consciously build them? How do we make deep ties and how much do the concepts such as anonymity and individualism are in the teams?
Let's share what it is like to be part of something bigger. What works for us, what weighs us, what we desire. ❤️🩹
