About event

A Space to Breathe: An Evening of Mindfulness, Connection, and Renewal; Sponsored by Making Space.

No long-term commitment required - attend as often as you feel called!

Welcome to A Space to Breathe!

Come join Making Space Healing for a community based event focused on grounding and mindfulness. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and find your inner peace with guided meditation, soothing music, and authentic relating. This is your chance to unwind, destress, and recharge in a welcoming and tranquil environment.

Through guided meditation and shared reflection, we’ll create a space for grounding, release, and renewal. Whether you’re new to mindfulness practices or have years of experience, you’ll be supported in cultivating presence and ease.

What to Expect:

  • A guided meditation to quiet the mind
  • Deep relating & witnessing exercises
  • Simple tools you can bring into daily life
  • Embodiment / Artistic expression
  • Space for reflection and optional sharing in community

Come as you are—this is a space of non-judgment, openness, and care.

Who This Is For:
Anyone seeking a moment of peace, grounding, or connection. No prior experience required.

Take this time for yourself. Pause. Breathe. Be.

This event is free but donations are accepted / appreciated!
