Join us for a Signature 60-minute Barre3 Community Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.

Please bring a yoga mat to class and arrive 10 minutes early. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 8lbs recommended)

Before class, if you have not been to a class with Barre3, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.

We are partnering with a local food bank for this event! Tis the season to be thankful for our community and giveback.

We’ll be hosting a canned food drive on-site. When you come for your workout, please consider bringing a donation of 1-2 non-perishable items. Every can, box, or bag helps make a difference for families facing hunger right here in Oregon. Don't want to bring a food item, and want to donate to the cause? Make a financial donation HERE.

Oregon Food Bank serves people from all communities and cultures throughout the state. Most needed items:
