❤️ Basic ABC VIA FERRAT course - HZS Martinske Hole ❤️
1-day training in the basics of moving (climbing) on VIA FERRATA insured roads.
Location: Mala Fatra in Slovakia! 🔝
📑 THE SCOPE OF THE TRAINING INCLUDES:
➡🔠 BASICS of moving around via ferrata (using the ferrata triangle).
➡ Techniques of using a REST LANGE and why it is worth having one.
➡ Basics of movement ERGONOMICS taken from climbing.
➡ Basic and advanced TECHNIQUES for overcoming via ferrata.
➡ Correct BELAY using a via ferrata lanyard and simple rope techniques (using the Edelrid Via ferrata Belay Kit II).
➡ RULES OF MOVING along via ferrata (safety).
➡ Basics of safety for CHILDREN ON VIA FERRATA (discussion, exercises),
➡ What is a FLIGHT on via ferrata and what are its effects.
➡ PLANNING AND TACTICS of a mountain outing. 🎯
➡ SUSPENSION TRAUMA, what it is and how to defend yourself against it.
➡ Practical use of CLAMP KNOTS as an element of self-rescue and support in difficult, crisis situations.
