About event
What is Access Bars®?
Access Bars® is a method that will give you a new perspective on the world, on relationships, on yourself and on life in general.
It is a relaxing relaxing method that removes stress and tension from your life so far in a relatively simple way. It is a touch on the head through a series of 32 points, where each point has its own theme that we deal with in life. By touching and then stimulating these points, we activate a new perspective on what is happening around us and make healing possibilities available to the body.
With the Bars, we release tension, stress and unwanted or unnecessary emotions from our body related to the given topic assigned to an individual point and by holding them , (by stimulation) we remove what we no longer want, do not need in life and KNOW how to let go of our life.
What are Access Bars® effective for?
-relieve stress
- they help with pain, depression...
-remove fatigue and exhaustion
-help to activate the body's self-healing abilities
-reduce hyperactivity in children
-develop personality on a psychological and physical level
-they help to release what we no longer need to live in life
-they allow us to accept and be kind to ourselves
In the course you will get to know the individual points, we will go over the topics that are stored in them and you will learn to work with them. You will get to know Access Consciousness® tools, creation questions and a map of points on the head. We will watch a practical video with examples of how Bars are made.
You will also receive Bars twice and give them twice so that you can perceive them and use them yourself for your loved ones.
You will receive a certificate that entitles you to practice Bars, a head map and a practical manual.
