On Thursday, October 2 2025, Elise Maizel will give a lecture as part of the ACLPA Legal Ethics Lecture Series.
The lecture centers on a key tension within legal practice: loyalty and betrayal. The relationship of trust between lawyer and client demands complete dedication, but in the context of complex corporate structures, this ideal is not always sustainable.
