Are you afraid of being upside down?
Ideal workshop for you as well because you might try to overcome your fear
We will start from very beginning trying to prepare our joints to carry more weight , build strength, train balance…and learn to “fly”
This workshop is suitable for everyone, don’t need to come in pairs, don’t need to have any previous experience, but if you do have some it will be great as well.
