The lessons will be conducted by our students as the final exam of the Acroyoga Instructor Course. Lessons are free and you can easily come to all dates. The hall has limited capacity, so it is necessary to register in advance, in case something changes and you cannot arrive, please let us know so that we can offer places to others.

Entrance is from all sides - from the Ládví subway, from the bus from Žernosecká and from the tram from Sídliště Ďáblice. For cars, the entrance is from Žernosecká Street.
The parking lot is directly in the area (either immediately to the right after entering the area, or straight and to the left next to the inflatable hall), parking for Beach Club guests is free. By public transport, it is probably best to take metro C to Ládví.
The changing rooms are downstairs opposite the reception, and the hall is straight back from the entrance and up the stairs.
There are tatami mats in the hall, so mats are not needed. All you need is comfortable clothes for exercise, something to drink, a snack, or a towel.
There is also a restaurant on the premises that should be open, so you can go there for lunch. Gabču 728 016 085.
