About the Facilitator:
Jot Gianpreet currently lives and teaches in Los Angeles, California.
She has been practising and studying Kundalini Yoga over 14 years, her extensive knowledge in other lineages and somatic healing techniches curates a unique style and valuable approach to her classes.
