AD&D 2nd Edition One-Shot

Yep, you‘ve read this right, AD&D 2nd Edition, 90s style :)
I’m planning to run a short one-shot, as follows :

* Duration 2-3 hours
* Self contained mini adventure, loosely based on the Karameikos 2e boxed set (Mystara).
* Full AD&D 2e rules (very few optional rules, e.g. no non-weapon proficiencies).
* Mind‘s eye theater and doodles, no minis.
* Pre-made 1st-level characters will be provided (simplified character sheets).
* If your character dies (a possible outcome, for brave but inexperienced heroes), you can just pick up the next available pregen and join on the next appropriate moment.

**Location**: Tales Untold (**6€ per person** table fee).

**Goal** is to have fun, meet cool people and maybe even establish something like a monthly AD&D 2e oneshot .

**Content note**: aiming for a classic AD&D 2e feel, which may include unsettling themes like violence, cults, undead, ancient evils and deadly magic.

**About me**: trying to make a comeback as a DM using my favorite dnd version. Last I DMed was almost ten years ago, in my native language (greek), and it was either campaigns, or one-shots with experienced players and no strict time limit. So this is an experiment, and I hope I’ll get better at it with time, but there may be some rough edges.

I’ll be handling as much of the system mechanics as possible, but time is probably going to be tight, so it is preferable if you have **a bit of experience with some version of D&D or similar.**
