Adam Thirlwell: Zpověď nejistého Evropana

Adam Thirlwell about Kundera, Brexit and the identity of the writer - what does it mean to be a European writer at a time when Europe itself is changing before the eyes? British author Adam Thullwell returns to Milan Kundera's ideas in his lecture, for whom he was a novel not only in an artistic form. Does the novel still have the power to cross the national framework? Can a modern novelist maintain the identity of a European novelist in today's turbulent world? And if so, what Europe does it actually tell?
